Average food, lovely view but the 'cocktail' I had was served as I would at home and it tasted like weak juice. The staff were shockingly rude, swearing and messing around whilst I was trying to order.
Friendly staff and a good range of drinks behind the bar. The food is amazing, with the drunken pig burger being a particular favorite views from the terrace overlooking towan beach make it an ideal spot to have a post surf pint with your mates.
Absolute love this place, it's my favorite bar ever. Great views of the see, excellent food and a fantastic bunch of staff with a great atmosphere

The bar/restaurant is not bad. Quite pricey, but discounted if you are surfing with Escape Surf School - located downstairs. Do not spend the night though!The hostel provided the worst night sleep I have ever encountered. Myself, my girlfriend and her brother were checked in for one night as we wanted to wake up early the next morning to surf. We went to sleep around 11pm and everything seemed okay until we were abruptly woken up by a group of drunks who had decided to invite a load of people back to the room. They crashed around from 3am until around 6am, shouting and banging. Two of them even had loud, shameless intercourse in the bunk below my girlfriend's brother. They were asked to keep the noise down but were too drunk to understand or comply.The hostel had nothing in place to stop this from happening and when I brought it to their attention the following morning, the staff were clearly hungover themselves and their attitude was shocking. 'That's what hostels are like' they said. I've stayed in hundreds of hostels across the world and have never witnessed such a lack of responsibility. I would give 0 stars, but the burgers are nice and the girl that checked us in in the evening was quite helpful.
