This hotel is situated 400 metres from an area overlooking the sea and are around the Newquay coast. It is approximately half a mile from the town. The hotel is warm,Staff very friendly and helpfuland the food is very good. Beds comfortable but the whole place is in need of TLC in many areas. Rating good but may not be everyone's cup of tea

Went with Gibbons coach holidays. Food really nice and cooked well. Staff really friendly and entertainment good. Rooms clean but basic could do with updating. Not far to walk to sea front and quiet location . Really enjoyed our visit.
On the good side this is a clean cheap hotel. Rooms are a good size but are shower room was a little small. My mine gripe was the staff on reception who were the most miserable bunch you could meet! If it was not for the grumpy staff I would give the hotel 4 stars. To the owners I would have a word with the reception staff and explain this is people's holidays they are putting a downer on, if they don't fire them!!
