Car smelled of fags, got charged an extra 8.60 even though I filled up tank before return. My advice - if you must use them make sure you get someone to check the fuel levels and sign before handing keys back. NOT HAPPY AT BEING RIPPED OFF

My flight from Newquay was cancelled half an hour before take off (12.30am) on Saturday, it was the only flight to London that day and I had to get to Heathrow for a connecting flight that evening. I got to Europcar just before they closed at 1pm. I was served by Sammy and I was relived that he was able to sort out a car for me and then he sorted out a sat nav route for me on my phone. The customer service was second to none and I would highly recommend this company.
