Aug 2018 --> The local car hire was fine but the dealings with Europcar central customer service is very disappointing. Debited my credit card with an admin charge, while still discussing how to appeal a fine from a local council. still no satisfactory response to why this was done.
Great position directly outside airport, good service but not the car we booked. This always happens to us but the car we got was okay, we never moan.
Had a fantastic customer service experience here from Caitlin, who stayed in the office late when my flight was delayed, even though she didnt need to because Id forgotten to add the flight number to my reservation. Highly recommended. Tip: check in online to save time (and always add your flight number to bookings!)
Good place to hire from. A bit of a wait to collect your car. Someone hit our car during our holidays. This company dealt with this, no fuss.
