Booked 7 seater for one week in August. Booking was easy and very straight forward. Price was around half of what the big companies were asking. Was met at the airport and everything was explained to me. Car itself was only a year old, clean and well maintained. Dropped it off at the airport at the end of our holiday and left keys in a drop box in the airport. From start to finish excellent service and value for money. Thank you to the staff who were very helpful.
Fantastic service from Cornwall Car Hire. All the staff here are so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our holiday enjoyable. The car was great and easy to drive, clean and comfortable.Many thanks to Simon and Patricia who made hiring a car the best experience I've had from any car hire company. A top notch company and best of services. We were met at the train station by Sue (I understand to get to other car rentals a cab ride is required). She was kind enough to take the lead on our first adventure into driving on the other side of the road for a few miles; much appreciated!! We did experience a puncture during our driving. Cornwall Car Hire took care of all the details to get the tire replaced quickly and even returned the spare to the dealer; nice to have those things taken care of when you have so little time in the countryside. A nice car and a very pleasant experience.
Hired a car for a week. Car was new and clean. Had a couple of issues recieving emails which nearly made me rate 4 stars but the man on the phone was extremely helpful and the rental went smoothly.
This is the fifth time we have used Cornwall Car Hire and once again the service we received was excellent and stress free.We collected the car from Newquay Airport and it arrived on time in perfect shape just to drive away. The return was equally effortless.Shall use Cornwall Car Hire again next year as the service is always personal and friendly.Its also great to support a local business.
