Poor facilities but otherwise just a quiet camp site
Would've been 4 if it wasn't for the limited expensive shop who'd only take cash. Whilst the cash machine would charge to withdraw yet haven't any to dispense!Then reception could only give me 10 and charging 1.50 !However when the sun shone the beaches were lovely; if not there was lots to do locally.
It's an absolutely stunning place to camp out, the swimming pool was lovely and well kept, the cafe was brilliant; the hot drinks selection was vast and the quality of the food was high. The arcade was a fun little addition to the place and the evening shows every night were very entertaining. If you are visiting Watergate Bay there is no better place to stay than here.
Great size for the pitches. Can comfortably fit a 8 man tent and car. Good onsite shop, and the bar and cafe means that you can always get something to eat. Showers are clean and good, as are the toilets. A great site in a great location.
Great family site. Entertainment is good, particularly love the family quiz. Food and drink is very nice and good value, we are in the bar/restaurant far more than we would usually. We love the location, as I only enjoy Newquay in small doses and can travel to places nearby easy from here by car and bus. The pitches are huge, general upkeep is spot on. 3rd time we have been and will return.
