Campsite was in good location with toilets and shower facilities in easy distance. It was only point which was disappointing was the park warden telling us we should have left a day earlier and not believing the tag on the tent, customer relations should have a word with him about the way he talks to customers.
Well kept, clean facilities and wonderfully staffed. My daughter made me promise to bring her back every year. Many thanks for the hospitality, chaps! xx
Stayed here 5 times now twice in a static caravan and 3 times in a chalet. Can't fault the place, close to the town and beaches. Get your shower tokens as you leave for your day out you have to pass the shop so it's no problem. No entertainment on site which suits me as I've come to Cornwall to see Cornwall not be trapped on site like I would be if it was a major chain. An evening walk around the gardens and boating lake just outside the site is a pleasure.
Lovely relaxing campsite. Staff on site really friendly and helpful. Beautiful veiws. Usually very clean facilities however some kids/people did make quiet a mess in them on this visit. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Newquay.
I've been here 6 or 7 times and enjoy it every time. Cheap camping with all pitches hooked up for electric. Very close to the town and beaches. There's a few comments about shower tokens being available in the shop which closes early, however it's best to get them from the park warden who is available most of the time.
