Nice campsite very noisy during summer holidays with kids everywhere. Don't fish the onsite ponds ask the owner about his lake
This review is a little late but I feel I needed to leave it. We came to Trencreek for the first time last year and if I'm being honest we were a little nervous as we had such a terrible holiday the year before on another campsite. But as soon as we arrived our fears were put to rest by the very helpful staff on reception. So what's good.....Well for me everything which is why we decided to come back again this year. We stayed for a week in early July and loved it again. The pitches are large and give you plenty of room so you don't feel like your crammed in. The facilities are great and include a heated swimming pool....arcade....on-site pub and takeaway and the food that was served to us was delicious. Shower blocks were always clean and the showers were always warm.One of the biggest reasons that we chose to come back here again was the customer care. Because the staff are always professional and polite and bend over backwards to help you out.I would personally like to thank Trencreek for your customer care it makes a big difference.
Brilliant place to stay. Owners and staff are very pleasant.toilets and showers are clean. Showers powerful and lovely and hot. The bar is very reasonable priced. Good atmosphere. Park very clean.
Loved it. Great place. Toilets could do with an update but we're always clean. Disappointed cash only shops and bar but lovely staff. Would go again
Nice and quiet, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Number plate recognition on the gate so the security was quite good. Shop and take away available on site. The only thing was the toilet/shower block next to out pitch were out of order and we weren't made aware. We will be back in a few weeks though.
