We had a fantastic time coasteering with Sam our guide. Great service, very knowledgeable and good value for money. Would definitely recommend!
My first paddle boarding lesson aged 62 with Scott was a wonderful experience. All the staff very friendly and helpful. equipment is provided including flotation jackets and helmets. The lesson went at my pace and yet we were still able to into open water kneeling as I was nervous standing. The instruction was thorough and considerate, would certainly return in the future.
We had many amazing experiences from Coasteering, SUP, kayaking and jet ski extreme boarding. All staff members had a high knowledgebase and lots of patience. Highly recommended and will definitely be back next year. Hat tipped to Morgan, Duncan, Josh and Scotty
Booked a day with Vertical Descents for my colleagues and I for coasteering and team building activities. Fantastic morning coasteering, jumping off cliffs into the sea, swimming in the sea and climbing over rocks. We had mixed ability and confidence as a party and the instructors adapted the session to get the mixture of pushing our limits but not terrifying us at the same time. After lunch we had an afternoon of (dry!) team building activities on the beach - fab range and timing of activities which made us all have a great laugh but also work together as a team. Thanks so much .. would definitely recommend!
My boyfriend went off to a stag do in Newquay and had to go coasteering and I found it hilarious as he doesn't like that sort of thing. But Thanks to the team at Vertical Descents he came back full of it, and now wants to take me! Great staff, great setup great views - well worth a go!
