My wife and I are former professional bodyboarders who are now quite busy with running our business, driving our kids around, etc. We wanted a quick getaway that would allow us to bodyboard for a few days to celebrate our 20th anniversary. El Salvador fit the bill perfectly for us coming from Southern California. We have known Rob Barber for over 25 years and were aware that he ran coaching trips around the world, and has already done all the research for all the destinations we would want to visit, so I contacted him and we booked our trip. Rob was super-accommodating to our requests and all we had to do was make the booking with his office and book air tickets. Everything else was handled by Bodyboard Holidays. Our trip was silk-smooth from start to finish. Rob arranged pick up at the airport, a top-notch room for us, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the week. He made sure we were on top of the best waves each day and Chris, his videographer/photographer was there to capture it all! All we had to do was sit back and enjoy riding waves with fellow bodyboarders. Some might think these trips are for beginners or intermediate-level riders, but take it from a former professional, there's something for EVERYONE on Bodyboard Holidays' trips! Secret Morocco trip November, Couldnt fault this trip, Mave, Chris and Gareth were awesome and so cool to hang out with for the week, the waves were beyond epic and the accommodation and food were unreal! Our host and local guide Hussain was an absolute pleasure to be around and a real down to earth guy. Highly recommend, made some real friends on this trip and will definitely look at going back in future. Thanks all for this experience! Loved it! Keep up the amazing work guys!
Ive been fortunate to have travelled with Bodyboard-Holidays to places such as Nicaragua and Portugal, but theres something comforting and enticing about the Newquay Fistral-Beach Experience. Clean beaches, clean waters and clean waves makes it hard to beat. Adding in Rob and his crews expert tuition for both beginners and the more experienced, and you have a unique, home-bred adventure that makes for a fun-filled weekend. If youve never tried and are curious, I couldnt recommend enough. If youre experienced then the guys can still teach you more. Great fun for all levels.

In a nutshell: short flight from the UK, great weather and sick waves. What's not to like? Oh and throw in amazing people and a few beers in the mix - that's what dreams are made of. I had such a great time, I feel like I have improved my riding and had the best belly laughs. Can't wait to go back to Portugal! Thanks BBHOLS :)
