The only real gym in Newquay. Superb equipment, friendly members who are helpful, owner Spike is a top man who is very knowledgeable. Pre and post workout drinks available and gym apparel.
Great gym! Excellent equipment, with loads of weights and a good selection of resistance equipment. Spikes gym always has a good buzzing vibe every time im there and is appealing to not just males but also to females who want to train. Highly recommended!
