Never been particularly good or confident with exercise - but the community and attitude of the coaches at CrossFit Newquay completely changed my perspective and actually made me enjoy getting sweaty! The work Hannah, Patrick and Chris do for their memebers and the Newquay area is inspiring, cant recommend highly enough!
Having only started a year ago the difference I feel has exceeded my expectations. Hannah, Patrick, Chris & Brendan are amazing coaches. Every class is different and if you listen to the coaches the progress you make is amazing. There is a community spirit at the box and everyone is made to feel welcome. Such a great atmosphere. Beats the gym anytime so give it a try and you wont regret it!
As a complete novice of CrossFit I was slightly hesitant about joining. However, I was very quickly made to feel at ease in a friendly and supportive environment. Cant fault the facilities, the coaching staff or any of the members. Highly recommend!
Awesome box. Started at the beginning of June and its more of a community than just a gym. Fantastic, challenging but rewarding workouts that keeps improving my health week-in week-out, but also the beach days, drinks out, meals. So welcoming and encouraging, couldn't recommend it any more to someone who fancies trying it but is umm'ing and arr'ing
Great gym/fitness centre always feel welcome. Everyone who goes treats you like part of the family. Patrick is amazing, has great knowledge and will always get the best out of you. Caters for all ranges of experience from no gym knowledge to expert and can tailor individual needs. Would highly recommend visiting if you're thinking of getting fit
