I've been training nearly 2 years now with Ocean flow yoga, they have increased my flexibility and strength amazingly. This award winning studio have a selection of Highly skilled staff who are extremely helpful, patient and motivating.There is a wide range of classes and courses to attend from beginners to advanced levels over looking Fistral Bay.For those who are super fit and flexible to those who want to be, there is a class for you.
