I am using my sons account as do not have a Google account. I recently purchased a new Toyota Yaris Excel from Parklands. All the details for what I required were dealt with by Theo who was extremely helpful. At the end of it I got the car in the colour and trim I wanted and was extremely pleased with the service I received. I had the car for approximately one week when someone ran into the back of my car causing a number of scratches around the light area. We think the damage would have been much worse but I had the Toyota Protect finish put on the car before I collected it and think this protection saved even more scratches. I got in touch with Theo and informed him of the accident and he told me to take the car back and they would see what they could do for me. I returned the car and they worked their magic and made the scratches disappear. For this service there was no charge. Excellent and fast service and such a refreshing change from the sort of service I have received from other car dealerships.
