Staff unhelpful at best - found the whole experience was degrading and humiliating. I won't ever be going back and will be making formal complaints to Dacia, Trading Standards and the Motor Ombudsman.
1hr and 45 mins for 2 tyres to be changed. What a joke. 9am prebooked appointment!
