Such a lovely lady to learn off of. I had a one to one with Suzi to learn how to use fondant icing and the drip effect and I ended up learning so much more. I feel very confident that I can do it all on my own now. Thank you

I've just spent a wonderful day with Suzi learning how to ice and decorate a cake with sugar craft flowers. Suzi is a patient and kind teacher who is clearly one of the best in the business with her cake design. I'd highly recommend her classes and her cakes. I can't wait to enrol on more of her fantastic courses.
