The fun park has closed for good after 30 years. The area is now going to be developed for holiday accommodation. If you have been there with family in the past hold on to the memories as you will no longer be able to create new ones. They have already started dismantling some of the shed buildings on the site. Part of a five year development plan. The crazy golf, pitch & put and 18 hole golf course will be staying.
This is such a fun place to take the kids. I've been many times with my children and had the great fortune of taking my grandson and letting him experience the same feelings his mum had many years before, he loved it and doing and going on the same things his mum and uncles went on and did but they say all good things must come to an end and sadly this is what's happening tomorrow. Very very sad and all to build lodges on
This was OK.. Not much to do and the rides were expensive... If you have nothing else to do a d have done everything else then go for it... If you still have places to see I would give this a miss.... Its a bit of a sorry place for rides etc... And the prices for a 2 min ride is about 3 so your money doesn't go far here.. The map makes it look a lot bigger than it is
Like this little fun park but it's days are numbered, will be gone before next year to make way for enlarging campsite. I would like to see it stay. Go-carts are great for kids ,tiny small medium and large tracks.
Great place to visit although we struggled to spend more than 4 hours there without repeating the same rides, but there was also some big ques to get through at times however the staff were really friendly. My little boy also fell off a bouncy castle and hurt his head the first raiders were excellent and couldn't do enough for him!
