Gina was really helpful, explained everything in simple terms, advised they would call after each stage if treatments needed to progress, staff helped with all the paperwork with the insurance claim, and a really lovely follow up visit to check she was recovering well.
Best vets in Newquay. The reception staff are friendly and helpfull, the vets are very informative, they take the time to talk about options and advise as well as being kind and caring. Penmellyn also has a great payment plan too help with the cost of vet visits and flea and worming.
Had to change vets due to moving. Delighted to find Penmellyn Vets when my rabbit became seriously ill. The staff very professional as well as being friendly & caring. They did everything they could to save my boy, and treated me with kindness, respect & dignity when my rabbit died. Brought my second rabbit in a few days later, as I wanted to be sure he was ok. Great to see a rabbit savvy vet, not always possible at other surgerys, who gave me tips on housing my rabbit in our newly changed environment. Feel very safe putting my animals under their care.
.Had to have my 18 year old cat euthanised yesterday. The Vet and nurse were amazing. They were very sympathetic. There was absolutely no rushing with any part it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
