I think some of their staff members needs traing for courtesy and customer " repect." I had to ask for a credit refund of my shopping and redo all my shopping at Aldi around the corner du to the agresive lack of care and attitude of one of their staff member. Management informed

Average sized store, that's easy to get around and in general is a good place to shop. The store stocks quite a lot of different ranges of products, but choices are quite limited as a result. The choice of fresh fruit and veg was limited to almost entirely bagged items. Apart from bananas and carrots, hardly any loose stuff was available, but it was mostly a decent standard. In common with many stores, they have quite an extensive bakery section at the back of the store. This includes the option to have any pizza you buy from them, cooked for just 1. Very useful and good value. We shopped here often during a long stay in Newquay. We particularly liked the quality of the own brand food, especially as the price was often better than Morrison's or Sainsbury's.The staff working around the store were quite polarised when it came to customer service. We met some very helpful and cheerful staff here.At the same time some, but not all, the staff at the checkouts enjoyed loud and raucous conversations in front of customers, which didn't give a very good impression.Checkouts were mostly self service, and again customers often had to ask for help rather than staff pro actively going to assist.Outside there is a level free car park for around 60 to 70 vehicles. Some spaces are a bit more difficult to get to than others. There's additional parking to the rear of the store. The entrance to the store has automatic doors and it's fully accessible. I didn't notice any customer toilets being available.

handy well stocked shop, plenty of parking.

I was shopping in the newquay store with my two young children today. After spending half an hour or so doing my weekly shop my newborn son began to cry. A store assistant approached me and offered some help. I was getting flustered as my son was hungry and needed breastfeeding. She approached me again and offered to unload and pack my shopping and assist me to the car. She also offered me a seat so I could sit comfortably to feed. I was so grateful and will be shopping there more regularly. It made what could have been an extremely stressful situation so much easier for me. Thank you for the amazing customer care!

Small very small. But always has something close to what I need. Shame there isn't many of the typical asda own brands within the basic range. But good reductions at end of day and nice staff
