It's not a reliable letting agency. They don't give a good service and support to the tenants, taking days to get an answer from them.We had a leak for more than 4 months and they didn't fix it.At the end of the tenancy, they tried to keep our deposit without reason, trying to charge 100 for deep cleaning for example when the house was left perfectly cleaned (more than in the begging). So be very careful and take pictures dated before move in during th check in and at the check out with them. If not they will try to get your deposit. Not recommended at all.
