Bradleys are hands down THE WORST estate agent I have ever had to deal with as a tenant. I would never use them ever again after my experience. I would actually give them 0 stars if I could!Alarm bells were ringing the moment we did the inventory check and they had light bulbs not working on the inventory rather than actually replacing them for when we moved in. They hardly ever came to check the property, maybe once a year, which Im sure isnt what they agree with landlords. The property was riddled with damp and mould which took them 3 years to do anything about. If you have a pet do not use them as they charge you 170 for fumigation when you check out. When I questioned what this was before signing the contract they told me it meant spraying the carpets with an over the counter flea spray. WRONG!!!!!!! Disgusted they tell you lies to sign a contract knowing full well you will get charged. Terrible agent, avoid at all costs.
We found Bradleys to be a professional and responsive service. All of the staff were friendly and easily contactable. They communicated well and often with us and behalf of their client. They called back when they said they would. Given their approach with us as purchasers, we would consider using Bradleys for a sale in the future.
