Very clean, always busy for the dryers! They have a change machine which is handy and a coffee machine as well!!

Owners are really pleasant and cheerful. I regularly leave my sports gear for a service wash which is always neatly and carefully folded directly out of the drier. So no ironing for me. They have a system in place which enables collection beyond the hours they are present in the laundrette. The facilities are always clean and tidy. Deserves more than the five stars.
Zara and Karl's laundrettes in Tower Road and Chester Road, Newquay offer clientelle the ultimate 'washing experience' settings, making the, ordinarily, tedious task, almost - exciting!I discovered Chester Road when my washing machine broke down a couple of years ago, and was so impressed by the cleanliness, simple rather than complicated instructions, easy and convenient access to change in the cafe next door bar one, comfortable seating arrangement, option of service washes, feel good music, extended opening times and happy atmosphere created by the owners. When I replaced my poorly washing machine, I found myself making excuses to visit the laundrette as it was an opportunity to sit and drink coffee, read my favourite book and maybe indulge in a bacon sandwich wrapped in brown paper, delivered by Jason or Ross at The Cornish Coffee Bean, while my washing was dancing through its cycle!When Zara and Karl decided to invest in Tower Road, I was eager to visit the new venue. It offers the same facilities however has more machines because it is bigger space, a large and beautifully crafted table for clients to sort and fold laundry, a hot drinks dispenser and, old fashioned service washes with a smile!!
