Down on holiday for long weekend and got let down by usual hairdresser day before we came so took my 18 month old daughter in here because she was desperate for a fringe trim. Lady in here was really helpful and really kind as she didn't want paying for it but gave her some money because she was kind enough to do it straight away. Great service!!
I love this salon, it's just down the road from my house and I will not go elsewhere.. just taken over under new management and Fraser is the best hairdresser I have had in a very long time!! Small and friendly with beauty treatments on offer too, great pace!!
The WORSE salon I've ever been to! The company do not patch test before using dye, when I came out in a huge blister rash and swollen because of their negligence they didn't even apologise, let alone offer me a refund! I had to demand a refund and medical expenses, which still took them 5 months to do after they IGNORE me, then a legal claim and only respond once I pass their details to trading standards. I still haven't had a proper apology or an assurance that they wont continue to neglect their customers. Absolutely disgraceful! I couldn't go out in public and was in pain for a week and they still had no sympathy or accepted their neglect. That being the main issue, I wont even express my full opinion on how terrible the staffs attitude and service is!
