If you're anything like me, your heart sinks when you have to call an electrician/plumber etc. Will they ever respond to a phone call/email? Will they turn up on the day they say at the time they promised? Will they quote a high price then find they need to do this, that, and the other which is going to add on a shed load more money to the final bill? Will the work itself be up to scratch? I had all these dreads given previous experiences over the years. Then I plumped for Chris Selby. I can't recommend him highly enough. He did absolutely everything right. The signs looked promising from the start. He was incredibly knowledgeable, he answered telephone and email enquiries very promptly, he gave us a full written quote, he turned up on the day we arranged (which was about 3 weeks ahead and I must admit I wondered if he might change it at the last minute as has been my experience with other people) and he was bang on time. He completed all the work in the timeframe he said he would, and he didn't charge a penny extra. He got on with the job, and was extremely pleasant and professional, and the workmanship was absolutely first class. I can't recommend him highly enough.
