Very busy, and the people who moan don't realise the have hundreds of prescriptions to be made up to be delivered all over the local area. They are always helpful and polite. Some people have to much time in there life if all they can do is moan about how long they wait for a prescription. Don't listen to them it's an excellent surgery and pharmacists.
Have to wait far too long even when you have an apointment. I have waited 40 mins on one occasion and 20 mins on another. Really want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I can understand if there has been a problem to cause a hold up but everytime is a bit annoying. The same situation in the Pharmacy next door even if you have ordered online, I believe even though you order in advance they seem most of the time to make up your prescription when you arrive to collect it. What it the point of ordering in advance.
Opening hours could be a little better but overall very satisfied with the time it takes to be seen and assessed
Busy surgery with small pharmacy next door. It can be very slow to pick up prescriptions in the pharmacy at busy times with only a few seats for those that need them. Automated booming in system can save time in the surgery. Free car park but quite tight for space and exits on to a busy road. Freindly staff.
Always found them very helpful.
