The NHS dentist at this practice is the rudest most unprofessional individual I have ever come across. He has no manners whatsoever. He speaks to his patients like they are a piece of dirt on the bottom of his shoe.The rest of the staff at the practice are so pleasant and professional. Come on mydentist . Why do you continue to employ such an unpleasant dentist? He doesn't deserve to be employed. Shocking worst service ever received. A complaint will also be made to the NHS and mydentist.
Such a poor experience.This dentist was brilliant in the past and I have spent a lot of money here.Today was shocking. The New Dentist was seriously rude and was rude last time I visited too.I was charged for a 30 second look in my mouth. No clean or questions asked. Just in and out in a minute.The dentist was 20 minutes behind so Im guessing my wife and I made up that deficit with our 2 minute checkups.I asked if I could see a different dentist next time but was told by the receptionist that the dentist I saw is now my only option at that practise as Scott had left (he was brilliant) and Adam also resigned on Friday.When I complained I was given an email address to contact the practise manager and sent on my way.She still charged me the full amount. In hindsight I should of refused to pay.Bitterly disappointed.
The worst experience I have had in Newquay. The staff is kind, clean and well equipped facilities but my dentist, At first he seemed nice and professional but soon I realized his bad manners, disrespectful with his assistants, so much that I was ashamed of others, failed to schedule appointments, and the work was terrible. Requesting my refund and changing dentist was the best decision
I moved to Mydentist Grosvenor due to the distance I had to travel to my previous dentist. The reception staff were friendly however meeting the dentist did not go as well. I am quite a nervous person when it comes to the dentist, The dentist did not give me chance to explain this nor did he say anything to put me at ease, he didn't introduce his self or ecaokin what was going to happen. On examination I found him snappy not only with myself but with the dental nurse too. He did not have a friendly manner about him and I walked out of the practice in tears. I will be returning to my previous dentist who understands and takes the time to put you at ease.
