Never again. A very traumatic experience. Totally ruined my hair and took 5 hours to rectify. I did not get what I asked for and spent over an hour at the basin having bleach baths that burnt my head. Staff didnt even apologise and tried to blame it on the consultation which is always the sign of a bad hairdresser. I ended up with bright white roots and orange ends, and the staff acted like this was completely normal ! I was then asked to pay full price at the end which was an insult. If the staff had apologised and admitted their mistake I wouldnt be writing this review. Really horrible experience and worrying to think what some hairdressers think is acceptable ! This business needs regulating.
Great cut as always no problem with booking on day of arrival to Newquay. Friendly helpful staff and in a fantastic place.....
An amazing cut by Vic today!! She listened to what I asked for and did just that. My hair is so thick, I have often ended up looking like an old granny, but not this time. Really pleased, great salon vibe too.
