No support from staff , snow storm and wasn't helpful at all
Probably one of the smallest airports I've been to but overall I had a pleasant visit. Due to its size don't expect you'll ever queue to check in or through security and boarding was as quick as I've ever boarded a plane. The only negative would be that its really difficult to get to as its quite literally in the middle of nowhere, it has almost inexistent public transport links and taxis from any part of Cornwall will be in the region of 40+
Great little airport! Used it many times! Straight through security into the departure lounge/gate. Small cafe and bar selling lovely hot Cornish pasties. The flight to Manchester is 1 hour 10 minutes. Compare that to 8 hours driving or on a train, its a no brainer(and its a lot cheaper to fly!) Car Park exit/ entrance confusing, not clearly signposted!
Never had a problem in the old car park but I have to say the 'new' car parking system is VERY confusing to someone unfamiliar with it, and someone who maybe doesn't have the time to read all the info about it! In my case my partner drove the car to the airport and I drove it out, but because there wasn't a ticket system or a barrier that you need to pay to exit I didn't realise my partner hadn't paid and left without paying as I just drove out, tired and jet-lagged late at night. I've phoned the Airport to pay retrospectively but they weren't much help and now I'm worried about a fine through a lack of user clarity of the system..... If it ain't broke!!!!!
